Natsuko Eguchi is a User Experience (UX) designer who combines her background in front-end web development, web marketing, and UX design to deliver effective designs that balance technical, business, and user needs.
After spending over a decade coding and designing web products for a variety of industries, such as education, healthcare, and ecommerce, it's become clear to her that well-designed products are the foundation of successful organizations. The UX design process helps Natsuko understand how to solve problems correctly, and she designs deliverables based on research findings and testing. Her work has helped organizations generate increased sales, lower maintenance costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Natsuko is a certified UX designer from the Nielsen Norman Group and holds a BA in graphic design from California State University, Northridge.
Outside of UX, she loves traveling and trying out new healthy recipes for her toddler, and enjoys watching his dance after meals. Itʻs his way to approve of her cooking!
